The festive season is one of the biggest trading opportunities of the year for salons, but making the most of it takes more than simply being busy.
Back for a second year, A Salon Owner’s Guide to a Great Peak Trade is a free online session with award-winning leadership coach and business strategist Miriam Simon, created specifically for salon owners and managers preparing for the Christmas rush.
This is a working session rather than a talk. You’ll work through your own numbers, identify where the biggest opportunities are in your business and leave with practical decisions already made for the weeks ahead.
During the session, you will:
- Get a clearer picture of where the money is in your peak trade and where revenue may be quietly leaking away.
- Work through your own salon numbers, rather than relying on generic examples.
- Build a practical stock and promotion plan for Christmas, including what to push, what to hold and what to stop.
- Learn practical team scripting for add-ons and rebooking to help maximise each client visit.
- Plan for a smoother, more profitable festive trading period.
- Put strategies in place to turn peak-season clients into returning clients in the new year.
The session is based on Miriam’s Peak Power framework, designed to help salon leaders trade smarter, make informed commercial decisions and get their teams working towards the same goals.

Every attendee will receive a PDF workbook to keep, allowing you to work through your own business during the webinar and continue putting your plans into action afterwards.
Bring Your Questions
The main session will include opportunities to ask Miriam questions about your business. Miriam will also stay online for an additional 30 minutes after the webinar for salon owners and managers who would like to ask an individual question or get some direction on a particular business challenge.
