Course Content

In this 8-Week Program you will get:

• Results Audit with Anne Marie – she will assess your current results and look at where you are versus where you want to be.
• Coaching & training in the following key areas for success, covering both strategy and mindset:
  Management of self to lead in your field.
  Managing the responses of others
  Learn how to develop and sustain a High Performance Mindset – they will look at any limiting beliefs, habits and behaviours that are holding you back from getting to where it is you would like to be.
• Managing Your Business KPI’s
  Review and analysis of current business outcomes versus where the business owner would like to be
  Knowing Your Numbers – they will look at your sales strategies and sales conversions and ensure that these are improved by the end of the program.
  Help you gain dominant market position – ensuring you are seen as the go to expert in your industry. They will fine tune things like your marketing message and ideal client, so you are attracting your ideal clients with ease.
  Sales & Growth Strategies – 3 sales and growth strategies that will elevate your results.
  Learn how to get more referrals, reviews and testimonials to enhance your business growth.
• The program gives the participants that do it, digital access to the 8 week program which they will have for life so they can continue to use the material and video lessons etc even after the program has been completed.

Group Program:
The group will address one of the 8 keys areas of the program per week and the session will consist of teaching the content, brainstorming and reflection of the worksheet in the key area for that week and a live Q&A. The participant will also receive a video of the lesson recorded and this will be released to them at a rate of 1 lesson per week and form part of the group session brainstorming and review. The session will be 60 minutes per week and the lesson will be self-directed 60 mins per week (emailed to the participant weekly).

The cost is €280 per person.

Qualifications Granted:

• Certificate of Attendance awarded on completion.
