The Elevate Salon Leadership & Management Programme is an 8-week coaching-led programme focused on helping participants move from working in the business to leading it effectively.

The programme combines mindset, strategy and practical implementation, giving participants the tools to improve performance, strengthen leadership capability and build a more structured, profitable business.

Each session focuses on a key area of leadership and business development, supported by guided exercises and real-world application.

Understanding habits, behaviours and the shift from technician to leader

Week 2 – Vision & Goals
Defining business direction and setting clear, measurable KPIs

Week 3 – Time & Productivity
Structuring your time, reducing overwhelm and improving focus

Week 4 – Team & Culture
Building accountability, defining roles and creating a positive team environment

Week 5 – Client Experience
Improving consultation, retention and rebooking systems

Week 6 – Financial Confidence
Understanding pricing, profit margins and key business numbers

Week 7 – Marketing & Growth
Strengthening your brand, client attraction and visibility strategies

Week 8 – Execution & Scale
Developing a 90-day action plan and building consistent leadership habits
