Leadership – Morale will really need a boost here. We need to keep our teams motivated and engaged anyhow, let alone with the current situation. Alan will be focusing on both short term and long term strategies.

Marketing – Alan has been learning a huge amount about how successful businesses market themselves and what the majority of people are doing wrong. He will share all of this marketing  knowledge in this brilliant workshop.

About the Trainer

Alan Austin-Smith has over 35 years of experience in the salon industry. From his early days at Sassoons, through to a successful career as a creative hairdresser, educator, salon owner and 8 years with L’Oreal, before forming the leading business education company in the UK Salon Industry.
