- Experienced beauty therapists seeking to expand their treatment portfolio and offer high-demand, results-driven skincare services.
- Skin and facial specialists who wish to upskill and move into advanced skincare or aesthetics.
- Salon or clinic owners looking to integrate advanced services such as chemical peels, microneedling, and dermaplaning into their business.
To ensure successful participation in the Advanced Skincare Course, learners will be required to have access to the following:
- Home Study Commitment: Learners must be prepared to complete self-directed study and assignments outside of classroom hours. This includes reviewing theory content and completing online learning modules.
- Device for Online Learning: As some elements of theory may be delivered via online classes, students will need access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a reliable internet connection.
- Class Notes: All course materials and notes will be provided in soft copy format. Learners should bring a notebook or digital device if they wish to take additional notes.
- Treatment Kits: Kits will be provided for some units and are essential for all practical classes. Learners must bring their kits to every session. Learners will be required to provide towels for classes – this will be outlined during class one.
- Peer-to-Peer Practice: Students are required to participate in performing and receiving treatments on one another during training sessions.
- Uniform & Hygiene: Learners are expected to attend in professional attire (e.g., tunic and black trousers), with hair tied back and nails kept short and clean for hygiene and safety reasons. No additional specialist equipment is required, as treatment tools and products will be supplied as part of the course delivery.
