Course Overview/Requirements
These courses are for hairdressers as you need to be able to cut in order to complete the course. You will need to bring your own styling tools/scissors on the day. The day runs from 9.30am to 5pm. Each trainee must bring their own model, with freshly washed hair from 12.30pm for the fitting of the extensions. The hair used for the model is an additional cost. The number of packets depends on how thick the client’s natural hair is and desired look. See costs below.

• Keratin Bonds €47 per pack (3-5 packets needed)

You will be required to complete 3 satisfactory case studies within 8 weeks prior to certification. These case studies must be sent directly to the trainer.

Prestige Keratin Bonds (UTIP)
UTIP/Flat tip/VTIP hair extensions are installed with a heated iron that bonds a silicone additive to the natural hair for free movement and naturally layered texture. Suitable for most hair types from fine to full, as the minute attachment can be customised to be virtually undetectable and discreet. The ultimate option for those who enjoy experimenting with styles providing flexible movement and versatility with ease. A full kit is provided with this course which includes a: training manual, colour ring, sectioning ring, bond remover, pliers, tape roll, tail comb, platinum petite brush, aftercare brochure, finger protectors, butterfly clips, and velcro sectioning strips.

Pearl Micro Wefts
The Pearl Collection is a weft used for a secret hidden weave to add volume and length to your client’s hair using no heat or glue. The weft hair extension is attached to a microbead track. The weft hair is hand-tied for optimal longevity. The Pearl Collection last up to 9 months in the natural hair, with maintenance every 6-8 weeks.
