Who is This Course For?
Anyone who wishes to add Facial Waxing to their list of services offered. Particularly makeup artists, beauty therapists, hairdressers or nail technicians.

Course Overview
This course will give you an insurable and comprehensive training in facial waxing. The areas of the face included are brows, chin, lip and sides of face. This will help you to develop whilst also learning about the underlying structure of hair and skin.

• Stages of hair growth
• Structure of the hair
• Structure of the skin
• Health and safety
• Professionalism
• Practical waxing technique
• Lip, chin, eyebrow and side of face waxing
• Cool wax application and theoretical knowledge
• Hot wax application and theoretical knowledge

Assessment

• 3 before and after photos of facial waxing treatments
• Short MCQ paper on completion

Qualifications Granted

• ABT insurance accredited Kilkenny College of Beauty and Sports Therapy Facial Waxing Certificate upon completion of course.
