Educator Foundation Stage (Day 1)
Teaching others is the next step in elevating your career, developing your team and building your organisation. So many people are taught skills but never taught how to teach those skills to others. Showing people what we know often loses the message, resulting in wasted hours, poor results and frustrated trainers.
Teaching others is a skill that can be mastered. With the right tools, techniques and methods you can deliver highly effective, energised and engaging training sessions to your team and other professionals.

Course Content
In this 1-day program we will guide and support you to step out of your comfort zone with group activities and live coaching to discover how to:

Get Them Engaged! – Using a 3-step method so you know exactly what to say at the start of your sessions to open up the training and get your learners excited to learn.

Deliver Dynamic Demos – Plan your demo so you know exactly what to do and when, helping your learners stay connected and interactive.

Create Active Learning – Keeping learners active and motivated is the secret to really effective training. Training with these methods will keep your learners’ energy high.

Make it Stick! – Super quick methods to make sure your learners remember what you’ve taught.

Wrap up Strong – Using a quick 3-step method, you’ll learn how to always finish strong and help learners stay inspired and connected.

‘The Expert’ Educator Training (Day 2)
This course is for those people who have completed Educator Foundation Stage Training (Day 1), or worked previously with Chris.

Course Overview
Creating dynamic and energising education sessions is the most effective way to build your own skill level and that of the people you work with –  whether you want to take your education out to other salons, build your own profile, or just add more to your career. In this course you will build on your existing knowledge, and Chris will use live coaching to challenge you a a little further and lead you on a journey to discover how to take your education delivery to the next level.

Course Content
In this 1-day programme, you will be challenged through live presentations and personal coaching to explore:

Breaking Down the Barriers – why learners get resistant to learning and how you can set them up for success.

Planning for Different Abilities – how to identify, plan for, and deliver to the different abilities and types of learners in your classes.

Workshop Learning – planning and delivering the very best hands-on teaching sessions.

Making Transformations – using a powerful 4-step method to summarise your teaching, so that learners recognise and celebrate their success.
