This first-of-its-kind programme ran by Image Skillnet – is designed to give you the expert knowledge and hands-on experience to formulate,brand, and launch your own boutique product range — all supported by industry-recognised certification.

DAY 1 – Formulation Theory, Safety & GMP (Online)

Gain a solid foundation in cosmetic formulation and product safety.

DAY 2 – Sourcing, Marketing & Manufacturing (Online)

Learn how to source, market, and produce your cosmetic products.

DAY 3 – EU Cosmetic Regulations Compliance (Online)

Understand legal compliance with EU cosmetic regulations.

DAY 4 – Anhydrous Formulations (Hands-On)

Create oil-based products with no water content.

DAY 5 – Aqueous Formulations (Hands-On)

Explore water-based product creation.

DAY 6 – Emulsion Formulations (Hands-On)

Learn to create emulsified products (e.g. creams, lotions).

DAY 7 – Dry/Solid/Soap Formulations (Hands-On)

Dive into solid cosmetics and soap-making.

DAY 8 – Fragrance Design & Essential Oil Blending (Hands-On)

Master scent formulation and essential oil blending.

DAY 9 – Exam Day (In Class)

Put your learning into practice and get certified.
Assessment includes:

  • Develop and produce 4 products (1 from each main category)
  • Complete a 30-question multiple-choice exam (Online)
