Image Skillnet is working with the Irish Centre for Diversity and HABIC Ireland to establish what supports and/or training are needed in the industry in relation to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in Ireland.

The starting point of this is to gain some insights from those working within the industry, and those who use it’s services, of current practices across the sector in relation to equality, diversity and inclusion. Thus, the @irishcentrefordiversity have created 3 surveys, one each for employees, owner / managers, and clients.

These surveys will provide us with a benchmark on which to develop best practice.

We invite you all to take a few minutes to complete the survey relevant to you. Please encourage your colleagues to take the survey as well, and share with your clients on your social media platforms and email correspondence.

The surveys are completely anonymous and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. The surveys are for use by Image Skillnet, HABIC Ireland and The Irish Centre for Diversity only.

This is such a critical topic, as #equality, #diversity and #inclusion… affects each and every one of us in some way.
